Title: Irish Government Recalled Pork Products due to Dioxin Contamination
Contents:

The Irish government recently recalled all pork produced after the 1st of September due to the pollution of Dioxin in the pork products. The Food and Safety Bureau confirmed that the amount of Dioxin found in the pigs in question is 80-120 times higher than standard. This incident is probably caused by gasoline polluted pig feed.

Dioxin is listed as a first class carcinogen by the WHO. It is stored in an animals’ body fat after ingesting through food. The intake of dioxin is directly linked to the development of cancers in humans. How to avoid Dioxin or other dangerous POPs (persistent organic pollutants) such as DDT and PCB’s? The importance of controlling the source of food cannot be overstressed. First of all, make sure you drink good water.

Surface water is heavily polluted. Even the best filtering process cannot guarantee its purity. However, DSW is extracted from over 200 meters below the sea level, where pollutants like the oily residue Dioxin cannot exist. Deep sea water is not only the purest natural resource on earth, but it can speed up the metabolism to clean out the toxic substances.
